It had been a really long day of travel and we were wanting just a couple drinks to relax with before going to a concert down the street two bottled waters ($7 each), two beers (also $7 each) and one bag of cashews ($14) took about 45 minutes to reach the room, and everything was delivered room temperature. In the room the mini bar was locked shut we were told this was due to a 'system change over' and we could order all items to be sent to the room.
They had a room ready but just never notified us. We showed up 15 minutes before check in and were told the room wasn't ready, wait for a text - no text ever came, and nearly an hour later I went back up to inquire again.
This property is aged and run down, poorly managed and overpriced.
